We helped The Home Depot change perception of the company as a place to work and attract qualified candidates for their Spring Class of Seasonal Associates. In our "Behind The Apron" campaign, we took prospects behind the iconic orange apron to discover themselves at The Home Depot with stories from Associates around the country that shined a light on the vibrant and supporting culture that lifts all THD Associates up.

The campaign resulted in more applications for the Spring season than in any year before and The Home Depot has turned "Behind the Apron" into a regular series on social.
